At left, a large circular vignette reproduces a coin portrait of King Oscar in right profile, inscribed around the rim; at centre, a heraldic shield motif dated 1985 rises above an ornate rosette guilloche panel, flanked by a blank circular reserve at right. The lower margin carries a decorative frieze of Norwegian coin vignettes. Numisma Mynthandel is a Swedish coin and banknote dealership, and this 2016 piece is a privately issued fantasy note — produced as a promotional or commemorative item rather than any form of legal tender. The engraver credit to Matej Gabris is worth noting: he is a Slovak designer who has produced work for several legitimate central banks, lending this piece a level of craft well above typical dealer ephemera.
The watermark inclusion on what is essentially a trade novelty suggests the paper was purpose-made rather than printed on generic stock.
