Obverse description Central design features two highly detailed dragons rendered in high relief, their sinuous bodies coiling symmetrically around a central medallion bearing a stylized spiral or thunder-dragon motif, evoking the traditional Bhutanese druk (thunder dragon) iconography. The dragons are depicted amid swirling clouds and decorative floral elements, executed in an elaborate and deeply struck artistic style. The outer legend along the lower arc reads 'ROYAL GOVERNMENT OF BHUTAN · 200 NGULTRUM' in Latin script, while Dzongkha script in the Uchen style runs along the upper arc of the coin's border.
