| Obverse description | The obverse features two architectural renderings of buildings associated with the Guardia di Finanza academy, depicted above and below the horizontal legend, set against a stylised geometric background. The upper portion shows a modern multi-storey institutional building rendered in fine relief, while the lower portion presents a classical neoclassical palace facade with pilasters and a central pediment. The bold horizontal legend REPUBBLICA ITALIANA divides the two structures across the centre of the field. The engraver's name DRIUTTI appears incuse in the lower exergue. |
