| Descrizione del rovescio | The historic city seal of Stockholm occupies the central field, featuring three towers surmounting a castle gate, a design traceable to 1326 that remained in official use until 1607, when it was superseded by the facial portrait of Saint Erik first recorded in 1376. The seal is rendered in fine relief within a circular composition. Surrounding the central device along the rim, the denomination and country name appear together with the mint mark letters 'E' (denoting the Eskilstuna mint) and 'B' (the initial of the Riksbank Governor's surname). |
