Beschrijving voorzijde	The obverse presents a bold, modernist graphic design by Jiří Hanuš centered on the ABO blood group system, the discovery of which is attributed to Jan Janský. A large stylized droplet or lance shape dominates the field, divided by a vertical axis, with the letters A, B, 0, and AB rendered in large relief characters within the four quadrants, referencing the four human blood types. The denomination 200 Kč appears vertically along the central axis, while the legend ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA is inscribed horizontally across the lower portion of the field. The Czech Mint mark (ČM) appears at the top and the engraver's initials H are visible at the bottom.
