| Beschrijving voorzijde | The stylized official logo of the 2009 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships occupies the central field, rendered as an abstract geometric emblem evoking the dynamic lines of ski jumping and cross-country skiing. Below the logo, a rectangular cartouche bears the host city name and year in the legend LIBEREC 2009. The circular legend reads 200 Kč at the upper left and ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA along the right periphery, all in Latin characters. The mint mark appears in the lower field beneath the cartouche. |

| Aanvullende informatie |
The 2009 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships were held in Liberec — the first time the Czech Republic hosted the event, and only the second time any Czech city had done so, Czechoslovakia having hosted in the same city back in 1983. The Czech National Bank's commemorative series for major sporting events tends toward limited collector distribution rather than genuine circulation, and this issue follows that pattern.
