| Reverse description | The reverse depicts the central field of Comenius' 1624 map of Moravia in richly detailed relief, with rivers, mountain ranges, and settlements rendered in the cartographic style of the early seventeenth century. Along the upper portion, an ornate decorative border with foliate and figural elements frames the map composition, echoing the baroque embellishments of the original engraving.
