Obverse description Portrait vignette of Lesia Ukrainka, celebrated Ukrainian poet, playwright, and feminist activist, occupies the central field of the obverse against a decorative guilloche underprint. The denomination numeral 200 appears at left and right, with the inscription НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ arched across the upper border. A verse by Lesia Ukrainka is inscribed in Cyrillic in the lower portion of the note, above the full denomination legend ДВІСТІ ГРИВЕНЬ.

Reverse description The reverse bears a detailed architectural vignette of the entrance tower of Lutsk Castle (Луцький замок), also known as Lubart's Castle, a medieval fortification dating to the mid-14th century and the most prominent landmark of Lutsk in northwestern Ukraine. The patriotic slogan СЛАВА УКРАЇНІ! ГЕРОЯМ СЛАВА! is inscribed across the note, with the date 2026 and denomination numeral 200 also present. A guilloche underprint frames the composition.
