The textured background field is adorned with two partial guilloche rosette motifs in high relief, one at the upper right and one at the lower portion of the planchet, featuring concentric rings of fine beading and radiating petals with selective gilded highlights. The Mint of Poland mintmark (mw) appears discreetly in the field. A wire loop suspension ring is attached to the top of the piece, consistent with the coin's design as a wearable collectible. |

The bust is truncated at the shoulder and occupies the left portion of the planchet, while two large guilloche rosette motifs in raised relief fill the right background, echoing the obverse design.
