Obverse description The obverse displays the state legend in four lines across the central field of this vertically oriented rectangular fob-shaped planchet, reading REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN / 200 FRANCS / CFA / 2018 in raised Latin lettering. The textured background field is adorned with two partial guilloche rosette motifs in high relief, one at the upper right and one at the lower portion of the planchet, featuring concentric rings of fine beading and radiating petals with selective gilded highlights. The Mint of Poland mintmark (mw) appears discreetly in the field. A wire loop suspension ring is attached to the top of the piece, consistent with the coin's design as a wearable collectible.

Reverse description The reverse features a colorized polychrome effigy of Queen Nefertiti in right-facing profile, rendered in vivid naturalistic color against the mirrored proof field. The queen is depicted wearing her iconic flat-topped blue crown adorned with a multicolored diadem band in yellow, red, and green, with an elaborate broad collar necklace of multiple rows featuring drop-shaped pendants in gold and polychrome enamel hues. The bust is truncated at the shoulder and occupies the left portion of the planchet, while two large guilloche rosette motifs in raised relief fill the right background, echoing the obverse design. The combination of colorized portraiture and fine milled guilloche work gives the piece a distinctly decorative, art-object character.
