| Obverse description | The sower stands in front of the French flag, her gaze focused on the acronym `RF` positioned to her right. Her attitude is calmer, her bag of seeds has been transformed into a dome, and the fruit of her sowing is symbolized by the ears of wheat growing beside her, as if the cultural and economic influence of France represented by the seeds she sows has borne fruit. The face value and the different denominations are inscribed on a platform, similar to the one on which the original Lady Liberty sets her foot, and the vintage is located just above. |

| Reverse description | Lady Liberty looks to the left, holds the American flag and is dressed in a loose-fitting gown. Joaquin adds his touch by lending her a proud, determined expression, with an eagle flying at her side. She holds her flag by the tips of her arms, as if free, an effect accentuated by the Statue of Liberty crown she wears on her head. A multitude of stars intertwine in the background. They blend into one another, illustrating the union of the American states. |
