| 备注 |
Prop banknotes occupy a legally grey space in most jurisdictions. In the EU, Regulation (EC) No 2182/2004 governs euro reproductions: one-sided printing is permitted above certain size thresholds, but two-sided reproductions require the word "SPECIMEN" overprinted and must differ from genuine notes by at least 25% in size. Whether any given prop note complies depends entirely on the specific printer and intended use — film and television productions typically obtain separate clearance from national central banks.
The 200 euro denomination, introduced with the 2002 cash changeover, has the lowest circulation volume of any euro note in active use.
