| Aanvullende informatie |
Singapore has issued Lunar Series gold coins for decades, but the 5 troy oz format places this piece at the heavy end of their bullion-collector output — a size reserved for the twelve-year cycle's most ambitious releases. The 2022 Tiger holds particular regional weight: the tiger is the third animal in the Vietnamese zodiac but the first in terms of cultural symbolism across much of Southeast Asia, where the Year of the Tiger is historically associated with political upheaval and strong leadership.
The .9999 fineness reflects Singapore Mint's post-2000 upgrade from the .999 standard used on earlier Lunar issues.
