This is not legal tender. The "200 Dollars" denomination has never been issued by the United States Treasury or the Federal Reserve, and this piece — printed by Gammaprint in Luzern — is a novelty or fantasy note, almost certainly produced for the souvenir or gift market. The "Inflation Special Edition" designation confirms it was conceived as a commentary item rather than a circulating instrument.
Gammaprint has produced similar fantasy currency for various markets. The hologram inclusion is a deliberate nod to genuine U.S. security printing, giving the piece a veneer of authenticity it makes no legal claim to.
