Reverse description The reverse presents an elaborately engraved floral composition centered on a large, high-relief rose rendered in rose gold finish — the Queen Elizabeth rose variety — occupying the left-center of the field, its tightly spiraled petals executed with exceptional sculptural depth. A second, smaller rose bud in yellow gold appears to the right, both blooms surrounded by ornate scrolling acanthus foliage and naturalistic leaves that fill the entire field in a decorative Baroque-inspired arrangement. The engraver's initials AB appear to the right of the smaller rose. The legend CANADA arcs along the upper rim, and the date 2020 is inscribed at the base.
