Aldabra Island has no central bank, no currency, and no monetary authority — it is an uninhabited coral atoll in the Seychelles, designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site and managed as a nature reserve. No institution called the "Aldabra Island Fantasy Bank" exists or has ever existed. This is a privately produced fantasy note, manufactured and sold as a novelty or collectible item with no legal tender status anywhere.
The Elizabeth II attribution is purely decorative. Polymer substrate was likely chosen to mimic legitimate Pacific and Caribbean island issues, which commonly use polymer for low-mintage commemoratives.
