Beschrijving voorzijde Uncrowned right-facing effigy of King Charles III, modelled by Dominic Thomas, occupying the central field with fine portrait detail including naturalistically rendered hair and a suit collar. The legend CHARLES III curves along the upper left periphery, with AUSTRALIA arcing across the upper right. Along the lower arc, the inscriptions 2oz, 9999, Au, and 200 DOLLARS are distributed symmetrically, denoting the coin's weight, fineness, metal, and denomination. The engraver's initials DT appear incuse at the truncation of the portrait. The field surrounding the effigy is broad and flat, typical of bullion presentation strikes.

Beschrijving keerzijde A spirited horse rears dramatically on its hind legs atop a rocky outcrop, rendered in high relief with exceptional detail in the flowing mane and tail, muscular anatomy, and textured ground beneath. To the upper left of the field, the Chinese character 馬 (meaning Horse) is displayed within a stylised square frame, accompanied by the English word HORSE and the date 2026 below. The Perth Mint's mintmark P appears in the right field near the rim. Sparse grass is engraved at the base of the rocky ledge, adding naturalistic depth to the composition.
