| 正面描述 | The obverse is dominated by an intaglio vignette of the Sharia Court at right centre, set against a fine guilloche underprint in golden and amber tones. At left, a circular emblem with a saker falcon head appears above the large Arabic numeral denomination, while the UAE state arms in silver appear at centre. Two signatures appear at the lower margin, flanked by the Arabic date and ornamental floral borders. |

| 备注 |
The P#31 200 Dirhams replaced the earlier wide-thread version of the same note — the distinction between narrow and wide security thread variants matters considerably to collectors working the UAE series, as the two are catalogued separately despite being visually near-identical at a glance. The narrow thread transition reflected updated anti-counterfeiting specifications rather than any reissue or commemorative trigger.
The 200 Dirham denomination itself was introduced relatively late in UAE paper money history and never achieved the circulation volume of the 100 or 500 Dirham notes, making used examples proportionally harder to find than their face value might suggest.
