Reverse description A half-length effigy of King Władysław III Warneńczyk (Ladislaus III of Varna) facing slightly to the right, depicted in royal regalia with an ornate cloak bearing decorative embroidery and a heraldic eagle motif on the chest. The king wears a period-appropriate hairstyle with shoulder-length hair. The legend WŁADYSŁAW III WARNEŃCZYK is divided across both sides of the figure, with the regnal dates 1434 and 1444 inscribed in the central field. The engraver's initial E appears at the lower right, and a beaded border frames the design.
