| Beschrijving voorzijde | The Polish state eagle — a crowned, spread-winged white eagle facing right with its head turned to the right — occupies the central field. The legend RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA curves along the upper periphery, while the denomination ZŁ 200000 ZŁ is inscribed in large characters along the lower arc. The date 1994 is split to either side of the eagle's lower body, flanked by the mint mark. A dentilated border frames the entire design, and the proof finish imparts deep mirror fields contrasting with the frosted relief. |

| Aanvullende informatie |
Poland's disabled persons' movement gained formal organizational footing unusually early — the Polish Association of the Disabled (Polski Związek Niewidomych and related bodies) operated even through the communist period, tolerated partly because welfare organizations were easier for the state to absorb than political ones. The 75th anniversary being commemorated here traces the founding moment back to the immediate post-WWI reconstitution of the Polish state in 1919, when returning veterans with combat injuries prompted the first coordinated advocacy structures.
The .750 silver fineness is lower than NBP's typical commemorative standard of .925, which kept production costs down on what was a modestly distributed civic issue.
