| 正面描述 | Typeset Notgeld issue in black letterpress on pale cream paper, enclosed within a double-rule border with a teal leaf-pattern guilloche frieze along all four edges. A teal vignette of the Bad Kösen municipal coat of arms — a turreted gate flanked by two lions rampant, above a circular seal inscribed BAD KÖSEN — is centred in the middle field. The serial number appears at upper left and the denomination numeral at upper right, with the issuing authority and payment obligation text set in varying typefaces across the face. |

| 备注 |
Bad Kösen's municipal savings bank issued this note during the Weimar hyperinflation at a denomination that, by mid-1923, bought progressively less with each passing week. The Stadtsparkasse, like hundreds of German municipal and commercial institutions, resorted to Notgeld when the Reichsbank could not supply enough physical currency to keep pace with collapsing purchasing power — a logistical failure as much as a monetary one.
A. E. Heyner was a local Kösen printer, not a security printing house, which is typical for provincial emergency issues of this period. Print quality and paper consistency vary across surviving examples.
