A small German eagle vignette appears at lower left, with two manuscript signatures below the body text. The upper border carries a cautionary notice in black letterpress, and the lower border bears the authorization legend 'AUSGEGEBEN MIT GENEHMIGUNG DES REICHSMINISTERS DER FINANZEN'; a red serial number with prefix letter 'A' is positioned at the lower right.
