| Obverse description | A dynamic relief scene adapted from Zofia Stryjeńska's celebrated work 'Korowód Miesięcy Słowiańskich' (Procession of the Slavic Months) fills the rectangular field, depicting stylized human and animal figures in vigorous movement, rendered in Stryjeńska's distinctive folk-art idiom. A leaping stag and accompanying figures in traditional Polish folk costume animate the left portion of the composition, while a crowned female figure and decorative foliate motifs occupy the upper right. In the lower right, a circular cartouche bears the Polish eagle emblem, around which the legend 'RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA' and the date '2011' are inscribed, with the denomination '20 ZŁ' appearing below. |
