| Obverse description | Central device features the crowned Polish White Eagle displayed, rendered in bold relief with wings spread and talons visible, set against a smooth field. Flanking the base of the eagle are the anniversary dates 1944 and 1964, commemorating the twentieth anniversary of the Polish People's Republic.
