| Reverse description | The reverse presents a large relief reproduction of the obverse of the original 1762 Gdańsk zloty, depicting the right-facing draped and armoured bust of Augustus III, wearing a laurel-crowned royal crown and elaborate robes, rendered in high sculptural relief within a raised beaded border. The circular legend surrounding the portrait reads D.G.AVGVST.III.R.POL.M.D.L.R.P.D.S.&.EL, identifying the king by his titles. Above in the outer field, the inscription ZŁOTÓWKA GDAŃSKA AUGUSTA III is arranged in a semicircular legend.
