| Obverse description | The obverse presents an elaborate geometric composition of interlocking squares and diagonal lines forming a star-like framework, at the corners of which four crossed swords and oak-leaf sprigs are symmetrically arranged in relief. At the centre, a multi-line inscribed panel carries the commemorative text in Latin script, separated by colons as punctuation. Below the central panel, the Polish state eagle — crowned and displayed — is rendered in fine relief, with the mint mark (MW) situated beneath it. The denomination 20 ZŁ appears at the lower left and the issue year 2023 at the lower right, both set vertically along the inner border. The circular legend RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA runs along the upper periphery. |
