| Obverse description | Predominantly ochre and brown on a guilloche underprint, with the intaglio portrait of Józef Piłsudski in military uniform at right, his name inscribed vertically along the right margin. At centre, the Polish state coat of arms — a crowned white eagle — rendered within an elaborate shield vignette. Upper left bears a holographic foil element incorporating the numeral '20' and a laurel branch in blue and green iridescent tones; below it, a colour-shifting window with a vignette of the NBP headquarters building.
