| 备注 |
The Central Bank of China leaned heavily on American Bank Note Company throughout the war years, and this 1945 issue arrived during one of the most chaotic inflationary spirals China had yet seen. Between 1944 and 1945, Chinese Fabi currency was losing purchasing power at a rate that made orderly distribution almost beside the point — denominations that seemed adequate at print time were obsolete by circulation.
ABNC's New York plant produced the note to its usual technical standard, but the economic conditions it entered guaranteed a short and brutal circulation life.
