| 正面铭文 | RIPABLIK 2014 BLONG LONG GOD YUMI STANAP VANUATU (Translation: Republic of Vanuatu In God we stand) |
| 背面描述 | A bust portrait of French composer Georges Bizet is depicted in the left field, set against the architectural facade of the Opéra-Comique in Paris rendered in fine relief. A fragment of musical score appears in the lower field, evoking his celebrated operatic works. To the right, a parted stage curtain frames the composition, with the composer's facsimile autograph positioned above. The legend GEORGES BIZET with his birth and death years flanks the design, and the issue year appears in the lower field. |

Bizet died in 1875, three months after the premiere of Carmen — never knowing the opera would become one of the most performed in the repertoire. This coin's connection to Vanuatu is purely commercial; the island nation has no historical link to Bizet or French opera, and the Reserve Bank issues such pieces almost exclusively for the numismatic export market rather than domestic circulation.
