| Obverse description | Baroque cartouche framed by bold foliate scrollwork, enclosing a left-facing helmeted Moor's head — the traditional emblem of Corsica — set within an ornate escutcheon. Two mermaid supporters flank the shield on either side, rendered in high relief against the field. The entire composition is surmounted by a royal crown in open-work style. The coin border is defined by a continuous beaded or toothed rim characteristic of milled Corsican coinage of the Paoli era. |

| Reverse description | The denomination and date are displayed within an elaborate baroque cartouche composed of asymmetrical foliate and scroll ornaments. The numeral '20' appears at the top of the cartouche, followed by 'SOLDI' in large block lettering at centre, with the date '1768' below. At the base of the cartouche, a small escutcheon bearing horizontal lines — likely representing the fasces or a civic emblem — is depicted. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded rim consistent with the obverse. |
