| 裏面の説明 | The reverse presents a typographic composition derived from authentic textile markings of the celebrated Slutsk belts, arranged in the central field alongside a stylized cartographic fragment depicting Slutsk as it appeared in the 17th and early 18th centuries. The design incorporates weavers' signatures and workshop attributions in both Cyrillic and Latin lettering, referencing the time, place, and authorship of the belt makers. The inscription СЛУЦКІЯ ПАЯСЫ. МЕТКІ (The Belts of Slutsk. Markings) runs along the left rim. Inscriptions in the field include SLUCK, MEFECIT/SLUCІAЕ., IOANNES.MADZARSKI, and ВЬГРДЪ/СЛУЦКЪ//ЛЕО.МА/ЖАРСКІ, collectively evoking the documentary heritage of Slutsk belt production. |

The Slutsk belts — słuckie pasy — were ornate silk and gold-thread sashes produced in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth from the early eighteenth century onward, with the most prized examples coming from the Slutsk manufactory established around 1758 under Michał Kazimierz Radziwiłł. They functioned as markers of szlachta nobility, worn doubled or quadrupled at the waist over a kontusz. By the partitions of the Commonwealth, they had become so culturally loaded that their suppression under Russian imperial rule turned them into symbols of lost statehood. Fewer than 200 authenticated originals survive globally.
