Beschrijving voorzijde The obverse features the state emblem of the Republic of Belarus positioned at the top center of the field, flanked by the circular legend 'РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ' (Republic of Belarus) in Cyrillic script. The central design depicts three musketeers in period costume — a scene from Alexandre Dumas's 'The Three Musketeers' — standing together on a cobblestone street with a townscape in the background, rendered in high relief with an antique finish. The denomination '20 РУБЛЁЎ' is inscribed along the lower rim, with the fineness 'Ag 925' and the year '2009' appearing in the lower field to either side of the central motif.

Beschrijving keerzijde The reverse presents a detailed high-relief portrait of Porthos, one of the Three Musketeers from Alexandre Dumas's celebrated novel, depicted in three-quarter view wearing a musketeer's cross-emblazoned tabard and holding a cane. To the right of the figure, a pad-printed color scene illustrates a dramatic battle or adventure episode in vivid hues, providing a striking contrast to the oxidized silver field. An inlaid synthetic orange zircon gemstone is set at the lower right of the composition, serving as a decorative accent. The name 'PORTHOS' is inscribed in raised Latin letters along the lower right portion of the field.
