Obverse description The obverse features the national coat of arms of the Republic of Belarus centrally placed within the field: a stylized sun rising over a globe flanked by wheat sheaves bound with a ribbon in the national colors, with a five-pointed star above and a clover and flax blossom at the base. The arms are rendered in high relief with fine detail. The legend РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ (Republic of Belarus) arcs around the upper periphery, while the denomination ДВАЦЦАЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ (Twenty Roubles) curves along the lower periphery, separated by decorative dot stops. The fineness designation Ag 925 and the date 2003 appear in the lower field flanking the coat of arms.

Reverse description The reverse presents a finely detailed proof composition depicting two Mute Swans (Cygnus olor) gliding across a calm reflective lake surface, their elegant forms mirrored in the still water below. Water lilies with open blossoms and broad leaves are scattered throughout the background, enhancing the naturalistic setting. The design is executed in high-relief frosted cameo against a deeply mirrored field, characteristic of proof coinage. The curved legend НАЦЫЯНАЛЬНЫ ПАРК 'НАРАЧАНСКІ' (National Park 'Narochansky') arcs along the upper periphery, while ЛЕБЕДЗЬ–ШЫПУН (Mute Swan) appears in the lower periphery, both inscriptions separated from the central device by the coin's polished border.
