| Obverse description | The obverse features a large decorative spoked wheel rendered in a highly stylized folk-art manner, occupying the central field. The wheel's spokes radiate from a concentric circular hub, and its rim is bordered by intricate textured hatching. Surrounding the wheel, small figural motifs in a traditional Belarusian folk-art style populate the field. The Belarusian state emblem appears at the top, flanked by the arc legend РЭСПУБЛІКА БЕЛАРУСЬ.
