| 裏面の説明 | The reverse presents a central scene depicting the Victory Monument in Minsk, a tall obelisk flanked by a sculpture of a soldier and a mother figure, set upon a broad stepped plinth. The monument is rendered against a dramatic background of stylised clouds filling the mirror-like field. The inscription 3 ЛIПЕНЯ (3 July) appears to the right of the monument in the field. The Cyrillic legend ДЗЕНЬ НЕЗАЛЕЖНАСЦI РЭСПУБЛIКI БЕЛАРУСЬ arcs around the upper periphery, while ДЗЕНЬ РЭСПУБЛIКI is inscribed along the lower rim, separated by two raised dots. |
