| Obverse description | A consumer ration card sheet printed in violet on plain white paper, arranged in a grid of perforated coupons: twelve individual 1-rouble coupons (R.S.S.M. CUPON DE 1 RUB. APRILIE) occupying the upper three rows, and sixteen 50-kopeck coupons (R.S.S.M. CUPON DE 50 COP. APRILIE) filling the lower rows. The central coupon area carries the issuing authority inscription R.S.S.
