| 背面描述 | Central intaglio vignette of Persian horsemen in traditional Qajar-era dress engaged in a hunt across an open landscape, with gazelles in flight at right. The bank title 'BANK MARKAZI IRAN' appears in a dark panel at top centre, with the denomination numeral '٢٠' in Arabic-Indic script at upper right and lower right, and 'RIALS 20' in Latin script along the lower border. Fine guilloche border surrounds the entire design. |

| 备注 |
Harrison & Sons printed multiple generations of Iranian banknotes, and the 20 Rials series went through subtle but catalogued plate variations — the 'dark panel' designation distinguishes this signature-era printing from lighter-inked versions of the same design, a distinction that matters more in dealer pricing than in any official typology. The difference is real but was never formally acknowledged by Bank Markazi.
P#84 sits within a series issued well before the 1979 revolution forced a wholesale redesign of Iranian currency. Notes from this period circulated heavily and survivors in undamaged condition are less common than their mintage figures might suggest.
