| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central design features an ornate Arabic calligraphic composition bearing the legend 'Arab Republic of Egypt' in stylized script, flanked by two circular cartouches bearing the denomination '20 Qirsh' in Arabic numerals and text. A decorative floral or palm motif divides the central field. The curved upper legend reads 'First Conference of Applicators - Development of Industrial Education' in Arabic. The dual date '1406 - 1985' appears in the lower exergue in both Hijri and Gregorian numerals, with a denticled border encircling the entire design. |

| Aanvullende informatie |
Egypt's "Professions" series was issued in the mid-1980s as part of a broader effort to modernize circulating coinage following the inflationary pressures of the late Sadat and early Mubarak years. The 20 Qirsh denomination saw heavy everyday use, and examples with clean surfaces are genuinely difficult to find.
