正面描述	The obverse is dominated by an intaglio portrait of nan Mary Slessor at centre-right, rendered in fine engraved lines against a purple and lilac guilloche underprint. At upper centre, the promise text reads 'The Royal Bank of Scotland plc promises to pay the bearer on demand Twenty Pounds Sterling at its Head Office here in Edinburgh by order of the Board,' dated 27th May 2019. To the left, a stylised thistle emblem appears alongside a vertical security strip and a colour-shifting numeral '20' at upper right.

背面描述	The reverse carries a richly detailed vignette of two red squirrels perched on a branch, executed in warm crimson and burgundy tones against a pale violet guilloche ground with floral underprint motifs. A handwritten quotation in script, attributed to Mark Alexander Boyd, is inscribed across the central field. The denomination '20' appears at lower left and upper right, flanked by the 'Royal Bank of Scotland' wordmark at upper left and the thistle security device at right.
