| 正面描述 | Intaglio portrait of Harry Ferguson (1884–1960), inventor and engineer, occupies the right portion of the note, set against fine guilloche underprint in blue and pink. At lower left, a vignette of an early Ferguson farm tractor is rendered in detailed intaglio engraving. The centre carries a large cursive denomination legend 'Twenty Pounds' over a background of interlocking gear motifs, with the Danske Bank logotype in a dark blue panel at upper centre and the issue date 'At Belfast 16th October 2012' printed below. |

| 备注 |
Northern Bank rebranded as Danske Bank in 2012 following its acquisition by the Danish banking group, and this note was the first £20 to carry the new name — an unusual situation in which a Northern Irish clearing bank's circulating currency reflected a Copenhagen-headquartered parent. Northern Ireland's commercial banks retain the legal right to issue their own sterling notes, a privilege dating to arrangements predating the Bank of England's monopoly in England and Wales, and one that has survived every round of financial consolidation since.
The printed date of 30 April 1945 in the catalog data is clearly an entry error — the series ran 2012–2016.
