| Obverse description | Central field depicts a full-length figure of a glassblower in traditional Bavarian attire, including a broad-brimmed hat, shown in a dynamic striding pose while manipulating a glassblowing pipe with both hands. A finished glass vessel is visible at the end of the pipe, referencing Zwiesel's historic identity as a centre of the Bavarian Forest glass industry.
