Obverse description Reeded rim encircling the entire coin. The circular legend STADTGEMEINDE●WALDENBURG•i•SCHL. runs around the periphery of the field. The large denomination numeral '20' is prominently displayed in the centre, with the abbreviation 'PF.' inscribed directly below in the field. The design is rendered in low relief characteristic of Weimar-era German porcelain notgeld production.

Reverse description Reeded rim encircling the coin. The date '1921' is inscribed at the top of the field. The central motif depicts the civic heraldic shield of Waldenburg, bearing a stylised tree with a broad, spreading crown rising from a bifurcated root system, set within a pointed heraldic shield outline. The composition is rendered in the characteristically restrained, moulded relief of Meissen-tradition porcelain notgeld.
