| Obverse description | The octagonal aluminium flan bears the large denomination numeral '20' prominently displayed in the central field, with the word 'PFENNIG' inscribed in capital letters immediately below. A double beaded border frames the central design, within which a decorative dotted ring encircles the numerals. The circular legend 'STADTGEMEINDE LICHTENFELS' runs along the outer margin, flanked by a stylised laurel wreath that traces the full perimeter of the coin. A small mintmaster's mark or maker's symbol appears at the base of the wreath near the lower edge. |
