背面描述 The reverse repeats the central intaglio vignette of the Altar de la Patria, presented within a guilloche-patterned border in brown and tan tones, with the denomination numeral "20" in large figures to the right and left margins. The national coat of arms seal appears at the upper left, and floral sprigs decorate the side margins as part of the underprint design. Two manuscript signatures of bank officials are positioned at the lower centre, above the bold "VEINTE PESOS ORO" legend along the bottom.

备注

Thomas De La Rue printed the entire P#120 series across a decade-long run, with the note cycling through three distinct signature pairs as Dominican administrations changed governors. The span from Fernando Periche Vidal's 1978 signing through Hugo Guilliani Cury's final 1988 authorization covers a period of significant economic turbulence for the Republic, including the debt crisis years of the mid-1980s when foreign currency reserves were severely strained.

The 1985–1988 dates are the most commonly encountered. The 1978 signature combination — Periche Vidal and Gómez Bergés — is notably scarcer in high grades, likely reflecting heavier early circulation before the series was well established.
