| Reverse description | The copper-nickel centre displays the original cover of the Political Constitution of the United States of Mexico as promulgated on 5 February 1917, flanked by portrait busts of four key constitutional figures arranged from right to left: Pastor Rouaix, Venustiano Carranza, Francisco J. Múgica, and Heriberto Jara. The mint mark Mo appears to the right within the centre.
