| 备注 |
Bolivia's 1962 peso boliviano series arrived following the 1959 monetary reform that replaced the old boliviano at a rate of 1,000 to 1 — a stark measure forced by one of the worst inflation episodes in South American postwar history, largely triggered by the economic disruptions following the 1952 National Revolution. The peso boliviano was itself a transitional currency, never intended to last, and was eventually replaced in 1987.
Four distinct signature combinations appear across this type, reflecting considerable ministerial turnover during a period of political instability under successive MNR governments.
