| Obverse description | Rose-pink note with a central large numeral '20' vignette and inscription 'PESOS' beneath it, set against a fine guilloche underprint. The provincial arms of Córdoba appear at upper left, with the heading 'PROVINCIA DE CORDOBA' in bold letterpress. Below the denomination the note is identified as a 'CERTIFICADO DE CANCELACION DE OBLIGACIONES' under Ley 8472, with emission date 01-08-95; two manuscript signatures appear at lower centre, attributed to the Minister of Finance and the Governor. Three detachable coupon stubs (CUOTA 1, 2, 3) are attached at right, each bearing the matching serial number, series letter, the CECOR legend, and respective maturity dates. |
