| Beschrijving voorzijde | Printed in dark blue on a pale cream ground with a red-brown guilloche underprint, the note is framed by elaborate ornamental side panels incorporating foliate scrollwork, torch and vine motifs, and interlaced strapwork. The upper-left corner carries the royal coat of arms of Montenegro — a double-headed eagle — set within an octagonal cartouche, while the numeral "20" occupies the corresponding upper-right cartouche in bold letterpress. The central text field, set against a fine rosette guilloche, carries the treasury payment obligation in Cyrillic script, the issue date of 25 July 1914 at Cetinje, and two manuscript signatures above the title lines of the President of the General State Control and the Minister of Finance, with the serial prefix and last three digits of the serial number printed in the lower corners. |
