Reverse description The reverse presents a multi-line Arabic inscription arranged in stacked registers across the central field, framed by a simple linear border at the upper portion. The text reads 'Duriba fi / Islambol / 1184 / Azza nasruhu / 1171', recording the mint name (Islambol/Constantinople), the regnal year (1171 AH, the accession year of Mustafa III), and the strike year (varying by issue), together with the pious invocation 'May his victory be glorified.' The lettering is executed in bold, angular Ottoman naskh script, consistent with standard imperial mint practice of the period. A post-mint perforation is visible at the upper rim.
