正面描述	Four portrait effigies of Tongan monarchs who have reigned under the Constitution of 1875 are arranged in a cluster at the centre of the field: at the top, a uniformed bust of King Taufa'ahau Tupou IV facing left; to the lower left, a bearded head of King George Tupou I; to the lower right, a head of Queen Salote Tupou III facing left; and at the bottom, a head of King Taufa'ahau Tupou II facing forward. The circular legend reads MONARCHS UNDER THE CONSTITUTION OF 1875, curving around the upper and lower periphery of the field.
